The management of EDsys Computers has adopted this policy to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance and ongoing effectiveness of a quality management system complying with the requirements of AS/NZS/ISO 9001:2008. From its inception EDsys Computers has been support orientated. Qualified management and technical support staff together with experienced sales staff interface with dealers on a daily basis, to ensure that the product lines are supported, both in a technical and sales/marketing sense. Our prime objective is customer satisfaction with our product, professionalism and service. It is the policy of EDsys Computers to supply a wide range of consistently high quality products and service in a timely manner. It is our intention that our service will be maintained at a level that meets or exceeds our customers' expectations for quality and service. To meet the above objectives EDsys Computers is committed to adhering to the requirements of our documented quality assurance system. We are committed to the implementation of this policy. Quality is the responsibility of all EDsys Computers employees and we invite all staff members to actively participate in the continuous improvement of the quality assurance system. EDsys Computers recognises the importance of the continuing and constant improvement of the quality management system and the service it provides to its clients, and commits the entire organisation to consistently meeting the requirements of AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008. |
